I’m writing to complain about the wrangler jeans I bought from your shop last 3 days. I found your offer very cool and rousing , but it’s not the bargain I expected it to be .
I was so upset to find that I did not receive the black skinny jeans that was shown on your facebook page but you had sent me a red flared jeans. I’d like to hear your explanation and I want you to apologize for your mistakes .
Sadly, I can’t afford to spend money on expensive things that I don’t want . I could easily found a jean like the one you sent me on online shops , and it would be much cheaper as well .
Could you please make arrangements to refund my money back or give me replacement skinny jeans? I’D APPRECIATE a prompt reply.
