Schritt 3: Simulationsmodel anlagen-, material- und prozessspezifisch kalibrieren/referenzieren Die Kalibrierung/Referenzierung des Simulationsmodels erfolgt durch Beschichtungsversuche mit standardisierten Prüfkörpern im KTL-Serienprozess der betreffenden Anlage des betreffenden Werks (siehe Kapitel 3.6 Kalibrierung/Referenzierung des Simulationsmodels durch Beschichtungsversuche mit
standardisierten Stahlrohren). Als Ergebnis erhält man die Parameter des Referenzsystems, welche ein Model des Gesamtsystems aus Prozess, Anlage und Material beschreiben. Die Parameter des Referenzsystems sind erforderlich für die anlagen- und baureihen- bzw. typspezifische Simulation des KTL-Beschichtungsprozesses. Die Ergebnisse der anlagen- und materialspezifischen Kalibrierung sind mittels Anlage 1 dieser VA zu dokumentieren.
