Anbei wie besprochen meine Kalkulation.

Ich glaube aber wirklich nicht dass wir das bis zum 31.12. schaffen koennen.
Der Verkaufspreis der Fixed Assets muss so gestaltet sein, dass wir das Unternehmen im Ergebnis genau auf 0 fahren.
Dafuer muss ich den Gewinn/ Verlust Stand 31.12.2015 kennen, d.h. Lead Asia muss zunaechst die Buchhaltung abschliessen.
Zum einen dauert das ein paar Tage, zum anderen haben wir ja im Moment noch nicht einmal die finale Fuji Xerox Rechnung vorliegen.

Dann muss der Vertrag auch in Deutschland vom CFO sowie Hr. Brinkmeyer freigegeben werden.
Die sind dann alle im Weihnachtsurlaub.
Ich denke wir werden nicht umhinkommen, noch in den Januar zu gehen.
