Direkt nach Angabe unser persönlichen Daten wurden wir gefragt zu welcher Zeit wir das Hotel wieder verlassen. Die genau Abreisezeit (Checkout) wurde mit Druck abgefragt und dies mehrfach. Auch die Versicherung unsererseits, wir wissen es aktuell nicht, half nicht. Mit Druck wurde abermals gefragt. Gründe für ein derartiges Verhalten mag es viele geben, doch unser Unverständnis hält bis heute an. Wir haben ein nobles Hotel gebucht in dem wir uns wohlfühlen wollen, Belegungspläne von Zimmern interessieren uns nicht und noch nicht mal richtig angekommen, will man uns wieder los werden?
