Eine ggf. erforderliche Überlackierung ist bei Einhaltung der im Materialdatenblatt aufgeführten Trocknungsparametern nur einmal erlaubt.
Die Prüfhäufigkeit ist im PLP- Vorderachslackierung definiert. Die Haftungsprüfung erfolgt gemäß EN ISO2409. Grenzwert: Gt 1, siehe DBL 7391.60 bzw. DBL 7381.31.
Gitterschnittprüfung kann nur nach vollständiger Aushärtung des Lackmaterials (i.d.R. 7 Tage)durchgeführt werden. Vorlackierte Bauteile müssen die Einzelbauteilvorgaben gemäß der in der Zeichnung spezifizierten DBL erfüllen.
