Die Validierung der Simulationsergebnisse erfolgt durch einen KTL-Beschichtungsversuch der realen Fahrzeugkarosse im KTL-Serienprozess der betreffenden Anlage des betreffenden Werks. Die im Beschichtungsversuch realisierten KTL-Schichtdicken werden an Referenzpunkten (Außenhaut, Unterboden,komplexe Hohlräume und Falzbereiche) ggf. durch zerstörerische Prüfung experimentell bestimmt. Die realisierten KTL-Schichtdicken an den Referenzpunkten der betreffenden Karosserie sowie Abweichungen von den Zielvorgaben sind mittels Anlage 1 dieser VA zu dokumentieren.
