Wir haben hier einen Fall in Thailand. Ein Motor hat bei IBS einen „niedrigen“ Isowert der Ständerwicklung. Vermutung Feuchtigkeit.
Bitte hake hier mal, um weitere Infos zu erhalten und definiere eventuelle Abhilfemaßnahmen wie Trocknung etc. Ansprechpartner ist Herr Saravanja.

da die Maschine in Thailand steht und innerhalb der GWL ist, empfehle ich unsere SIEMENS Werkstatt in Bangkok zu beauftragen.

Bei der Maschine sollte zuerst der Polarisationsindex gemessen werden und danach entschieden werden wie es weitergeht. Bei Verdacht auf Feuchtigkeit soll der Motor entweder in der Werkstatt getrocknet werden und im Anschluss getestet (Isowert, PI und Leerlauf). Alternativ sollten die Kollegen auch ein Heizzelt haben, um die Trocknung evtl. auf der Anlage machen zu können.
