Ablauf

• A passt zu B und C zu D.

• A und B versuchen als Angreifer beim Tor

einen Treffer zu erzielen.

• C startet als Verteidiger zum 1 gegen

2 gegen A und B ins Feld.

• D nimmt zur Stange an und mit, umdribbelt

die Stange und dann zum 2 gegen 2 auf das

Tor ins Feld.

• Bei Ballgewinn kontert das verteidigende

Team und versucht, die Grundlinie

gegen über zu überdribbeln.

Variationen

• Aus der Hand hoch zuwerfen.

• Per Volleyschuss aus der Hand hoch

zuspielen.

• Nur die Angreifer bzw. nur die Verteidiger

werfen/spielen hoch zu.

• Der Spieler ohne Ball des anderen Teams

postiert sich in der Feldmitte und nimmt von

dort zur Stange an und mit.

Tipps und Korrekturen

• Sobald der Spieler die Stange umdribbelt

hat und ins Feld dribbelt, wird nur noch mit

dessen Ball gespielt.

• Das Team, dessen Spieler den jeweiligen Ball

eindribbelt, greift auf das Tor an, so dass

sich jeweils ein schneller Spielrichtungs-
wechsel ergibt.

• Der Torhüter spielt mit dem jeweils

vertei digenden Team zusammen und spielt
