anbei übersende ich Ihnen meine kurze Überarbeitung Ihre E-Mail an Khun Patama mit kleinen redaktionellen Änderungen im Track Change Mode. Ich finde die Mail gut und passend für die Situation.

Ein neues Gesetz zum Beitreiben von Forderungen in Thailand ist recht streng in den Anforderungen an die Gläubiger. Hiernach gilt Ihre Mail noch nicht als Mahnung. Da die Fälligkeit Ihrer Forderung jedoch genau bestimmbar ist, benötigen wir auch keine weitere formelle Mahnung Ihrerseits, bevor wir eine anwaltliche Mahnung versenden.

Ihre Mail ist im Rahmen eines guten Geschäftsgebarens förderlich. Des Weiteren sehen wir in der E-Mail auch keine Überschreitung der neuen recht strengen Verhaltensvorschriften für Gläubiger. Bitte achten Sie aber noch darauf, dass im E-Mail Verteiler dieses Schreibens nur beteiligte Vertragsparteien und die hier zuständigen Personen aufgenommen sind.

Falls wir keine (befriedigende) Antwort erhalten, würde ich empfehlen, sodann Anfang der nächsten Woche eine anwaltliche Mahnung zu versenden. Nachdem wir Ihre Rechnungen geprüft haben, können wir hier auch eine kürzere Frist zur Zahlung bestimmen. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob wir dieses bereits vorbereiten sollen oder sie zunächst abwarten möchten.
