Offen gesprochen begründet sich der Vertrauensverlust unserer Mandantin insbesondere darin, dass entgegen der zunächst eingangs durchaus positiven Ansätze in Ihren Zuarbeiten, die im späteren Verlauf über Ihre Anwältin vollzogenen Maßnahmen dem angeblich angestrebten Ziel umso mehr entgegenstehen. Diese Maßnahmen widersprechen nicht nur Ihren zuerst geäußerten Absichten, sondern werden darüber hinaus insbesondere auch auf rechtlich nicht haltbaren Behauptungen aufgebaut. Es ist insofern auch aus objektiver Sicht und vor dem Hintergrund der dadurch eingetretenen Eskalation der Geschehnisse nachvollziehbar, dass von unserer Mandantin wenig Hoffnung für eine gütliche Einigung empfunden wird.

Nichtdestotrotz sind wir weiterhin gerne bereit ein Meeting mit allen Beteiligten zu verabreden. Wir bitten dabei um Verständnis, dass von unserer Seite auf Ihre Anwesenheit bestanden werden muss. Eine Verhandlung alleine mit Ihrer Anwältin erachten wir als nicht zielführend. Ich möchte dabei nochmals betonen, dass wir bereits mehrfach einen Termin angeboten haben, der jedes Mal von Ihrer Seite abgelehnt wurde.
