Ich bin bei GKD zuständig für den Bereich Rauchgasentschwefelung in Kraftwerken. Die angefragte Gewebetype entspricht unserer Type Vacubelt® 2035. Diese wurde jedoch zwischenzeitlich durch unsere Gewebetype Vacubelt® 2015 ersetzt. Den Unterschied sehen Sie in den angehängten Datenblättern. Aus technischen Gründen war es lange Zeit nur möglich, die geringe Öffnung im Gewebe durch den Einsatz von Multifilamenten im Schuss zu erreichen. Zur Stabilität des Bandes mussten weitere Schussfäden aus einem stabilen Material mit verwebt werden, wodurch das Gewebe doppellagig wurde. Nachteile: in den multifilamenten Schussfäden setzen sich nach einiger Zeit Partikel fest, was zum Verblocken des Gewebes führt. Außerdem ist es schwierig, festsitzende Partikel aus einem doppellagigen Gewebe zu entfernen.

GKD hat daher vor einigen Jahren ein einlagiges Gewebe aus reinen Monofilamenten entwickelt. Diese Gewebetype wird mittlerweile auf der ganzen Welt eingesetzt und viele Anlagenbauer wie FLSmidth oder ThyssenKrupp vertrauen diesem Gewebe.

Hinsichtlich des Angebotes darf ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir dieses bereits am 11. November an Cannew geschickt haben.

Disadvantages: in the multi filament picks particles settle after some time, which leads to the verb curls of fabric. It is also difficult to remove stuck particles of a double-layered fabric. GKD has developed a single-layered tissue therefore some time ago pure monofilaments. This type of tissue is now used all over the world and many equipment manufacturers such as FLSmidth and ThyssenKrupp trust this tissue.
