bzgl. dem letzten Protokollpunkt habe ich jetzt Klarheit. Folgendes Vorgehen möchte ich gerne mit Ihnen abstimmen.

Unseres Erachtens müssen wir wie folgt vorgehen (ähnlich Ihrem ursprünglichen Angebot) - Herr Heubuch ist in den Prozess mit einzubinden:

• unverändertes Angebot seitens Behr mit Verweis auf das Verhandlungsprotokoll von Hr. Heubuch (Doc. No. BhP_ZNI_2013-09-02 über 123.000 € und die Bestellung MG006 durch Thailand.)
• Beistellung und Dienstleistung BhP/TEF24-M plus ggf. Bearbeitungsaufschlag der Fa. Behr, z.B. Geldbereitstellungskosten (ohne der Option Inbetriebnahme seitens BhP/TEF24-M in Thailand aber inkl. der Option für Ersatzteile)

Seitens BhP/TEF24-M habe ich ein überarbeitetes Angebot angefragt. Dieses soll dann an Sie adressiert werden.
Ich melde mich bei Ihnen sobald ich weiß, wann dieses Angebot fertig sein wird.

Seitens Thailand erfolgt dann eine Bestellerweiterung über den Gesamtumfang.

M.E. muss das Zahlungsziel (u.a. aus budgetwirksamen Gründen) geändert werden in:
„90% after complete delivery of products to Bosch Blaichach Plant on behalf of RBTY and receipt of Invoice by RBTY”.
Die 10% sollten m.E. bleiben.
Behr schickt dann die Rechnung an RBTY zusammen mit dem von uns unterzeichneten Vorabnahmeprotokoll und der Eingangsbestätigung von BhP.
Diesem Zahlungsziel ist seitens RBTY aber noch zuzustimmen!! @ Herr Reischl: könnten Sie das übernehmen?
