Die richtigen Temperatureinstellungen in der kompletten Klebstoffanlage sind wichtig für die Klebstoffverarbeitung und -applikation.
Bei warm applizierbaren Klebstoffen müssen alle Klebstoff führenden Teile der Klebanlage (Folgeplatte bis Düse) mit Heizkreisen versehen werden. Dadurch lässt sich die einwandfreie Verpumpbarkeit von hochviskosen Klebstoffen gewährleisten. Beispielhaft sind die Temperaturen für einen hochviskosen Klebstoff in Abbildung 4 dargestellt.
Kommen Düsen über 100 mm Länge bei warmapplizierbaren Klebstoffen zum Einsatz müssen diese beheizt oder ausreichend isoliert werden.
